Amy-Leigh O'Rourke, LCSW, LCADC
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin therapy—just a willingness to start.
I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by patterns and beliefs that no longer serve them. Many of the people I support are navigating substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions and are looking for care that feels both grounded and genuinely human.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence and research-based practices, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT skills, trauma-informed care, and EMDR. Our work is always tailored to you as a whole person—not a diagnosis—with a focus on practical tools, insight, and sustainable change.
I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients in this process. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen, supported, and respected. You are already enough, and therapy can be a space to reconnect with that truth.
I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and would be honored to support you.
