My goal is to create a safe and judgment free space for you to work out life’s problems, learn skills to help you cope, and become the best version of yourself.
I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from various evidence-based modalities to tailor treatment to your individual needs. Grounded in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy, I employ a versatile toolkit to facilitate meaningful change and growth.
I specialize in assisting people struggling with depression, mood disorders, and relationship issues, and I also focus on navigating life transitions, implementing positive lifestyle changes, and finding a sense of self. I ensure to foster a collaborative therapeutic environment where you can feel empowered to make changes and resolve problems. Through a compassionate and non-judgemental stance, I strive to empower you to explore your inner experience, develop coping strategies, and cultivate resilience. Outside of the therapy room I enjoy cooking, relaxing, spending time with loved ones, and anything nutrition related. Benny, my yorkie, gets a lot of my time too!
